| SHAFER CORN MAZE |
| The Shafer Corn Maze first opened in 2006. We (the Miron family) had been dairy farming for many years and were looking for additional income to survive the low milk prices. We did a lot of searching and somehow came across corn mazes. Why not?! We liked the idea of being able to utilize what we already had and be able to share a portion of our farm experience with others. We also get to work as a family which is great! Our children help make all of this possible! The maze is located on the farm on which I (Dana) grew up and is within a few miles of the dairy farm where we live now.
